Returns and Refunds Policy
General Returns Policy
You may return unopened items sold and fulfilled by milebymileplus.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just contact us online and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund. You can view completed returns and refunds at the bottom of an order's summary page in Your Account. If the return and refund do not appear in Your Account within four weeks from the day you sent us your return, please e-mail us for further assistance.
Exchanges
If you received a faulty or damage item and need to exchange it for the same item, visit our contact us page to request a replacement. (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
Items Purchased from Other Sellers
As the milebymileplus.com Web site offers items for sale that are available both by milebymileplus.com and by other Retailers, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased. If the item to be returned was not sold by milebymileplus.com, you will need to contact the seller directly.
Subsidiaries
milebymileplus.com subsidiaries operating on third-party platforms, such as truck stops and travel centers, may have different policies. Merchant policies are accessible before purchasing, wherever product details are made available.
In-Store Returns
items purchased from milebymileplus.com cannot be returned to a physical store (such as truck stops, travel centers).
